Join Julia Yoshimoto, Attorney and Project Director of the OJRC Women's Justice Project for a discussion of the many ways a person's life in prison is ruled by regulations, and how those rules block effective self-advocacy and access to the legal system. Rob Truman of the law library will follow with quick tips for finding Oregon Administrative Rules.
